Steve and his crew have done extensive work on our home over the years, starting with a kitchen conversion about 7 years ago now.  We were so pleased with his work that we then had him renovate both our bathrooms, then a full extension on the back of the house and finally finishing off our basement. 

 

Not only does Steve do impeccable work, he is also the most thorough contractor you could possibly find.  My husband works in a construction environment and he has always been impressed that at the end of the working day, Steve has cleaned the working site area thoroughly.  He disrupts your daily life minimally.  His estimates are always maintained. 

 

Steve has a keen eye for detail and will advise you on every decision relating to design and “flow”.    He’s highly dependable, organized and conscientious and we couldn’t find anything in Steve’s work or his work ethic that would warrant a criticism.   He comes highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of having Sinopoli Construction (Steven Sinopoli) build our dream home.  It came to fruition because of Steven's vision and talent.  Initially we were reluctant to build "from the ground up", but during the planning stages, he happily walked us through the process and quickly put our fears to rest.

He was respectful of our budget and maintained open lines of communication.  He was always available to answer questions, respond to emails, texts and phone calls – daily.

He is an incredible craftsman.  No detail was left unattended.  He brought to our project knowledge, experience, and an amazing ability to pull ideas together and create; not just a house, and not just a home - he created Our Home.  We were not the only ones to notice his abilities.  Many of the Trades would comment on how meticulous he was, and what a pleasure it was to work with/for him.

We love our new home.  It was incredible to watch the drawings come to life, to be transformed into something we could not have imagined possible.
